I'm Michael Kilpatrick — ISSA-certified performance coach, builder, and founder of Fitness By Digits.

I built this business because I kept watching the same thing happen: leaders with real callings — builders, forerunners, pioneers — running themselves into the ground trying to carry assignments their bodies and rhythms couldn't sustain.

The mission was real. The capacity wasn't.

Internally, I know what I do: I build, equip, and empower leaders to fulfill their God-given mission, mantle, and mandate in ministry and the marketplace. Externally, that looks like training your spiritual authority, mental discipline, and physical capacity — together — so you can carry your calling without it costing you your health.

Some leaders don't even see themselves as builders yet when they begin. By the time we're done, they're walking in it.

My approach is what I call Level 4 coaching:

Level 1 trains the body.

Level 2 adds the mindset.
